Install the GYG Back Office software at your store.
GYG Technologies can install the software either on-site or via remote computer
setup with communications software such as pcAnywhere. The installation process
will only take about an hour.
The GYG Technologies representative will need
administrative access to the Windows® computer in which the GYG Back Office
software is being installed. The representative will also need access to the
Point of Sale database.

Train your scalling coordinators to use GYG Back Office.
GYG Technologies representatives will guide you through the entire setup and
maintenance processes, making sure you have a full understanding of how to
operate your online store with a couple of clicks.
During the training process, you will walk away with
a full understanding of item categorization, proper web item descriptions and
inventory integrity issues. You will also have a complete understanding of how
to add a new product category to your site, add new items/delete old items from
your online inventory, as well as how to refresh your website with your most
current in-store pricing.
Since the GYG Back Office application conveniently
communicates data from your Point of Sale system database to your website your
GYG Back Office training is minimal since all of your online
pricing/categorization/descriptions. directly reflect what your scanning
coordinator does on a day-to-day basis. You will, however, learn some new
scanning coordinating techniques to help your online business prosper.

Configure GYG Back Office to communicate with your Point of Sale
system. During the installation and training process, the GYG
Technologies representative will configure your GYG Back Office setup to
communicate with your Point of Sale system. During this process, the GYG
Technologies representative will customize your ad pages, configure the transfer
process to communicate with your eCommerce website and setup automatic transfer
schedules based on your normal daily activities.

Send your Point of Sale item/pricing/categorization to your
website. After the GYG Back Office software has been
configured to your Point of Sale system and your eCommerce web site
configuration has been implemented, the GYG Technologies representative will run
the initial communication process, sending all of your Point of Sale
items/pricing/categorization to your eCommerce website. At this time, your
in-store software is installed and successfully communicating data from your
Point of Sale system database to your eCommerce website. Furthermore, you should
have a complete understanding of the GYG Back Office setup, maintenance and
functionalities.
