Your website inventory pricing is a direct reflection of your in-store Point of Sale pricing schema. With GYG Back Office, there is no need for a second database or second price-change process! GYG Technologies knows first hand that your scanning coordinators already have their plates full and do not have time to perform dual database maintenance. We also recognize that the industry margins do not justify adding an additional scanning coordinator to maintain your digital store!

The GYG Back Office interfaces with your Point of Sale system and communicates all pricing schemas within. Continue with your current scanning coordinating processes and simply reflect them on your website!


Weekly Ad Batches:
The GYG Back Office easily communicates new price changes to your website when your weekly advertised specials are activated, and simply changes 'last week's ad' back to the regular price.


Temporary Price Reductions (TPRs):
As you reduce an item's price for your Point of Sale system, the GYG Back Office reflects the price change on your website.


Web Specials:
If your Point of Sale system offers the capability of straddle pricing (customer specific pricing), the GYG Back Office can be configured to reflect 'Web Only' pricing schemas on specific (or all) items on your website, therefore allowing web only specials, as well as possibly having an entire set of web-pricing, which differs from in-store pricing.


Loyalty Marketing:
Do you have a Loyalty Marketing program? The GYG Back Office will seamlessly communicate selected pricing for either all card members or specific card members (customer specific pricing) to your website.
Customer Specific Pricing:
Do you have a multi-level pricing structure implemented in your brick & mortar store? The GYG Back Office will pass along specific prices for specific items and make them available for specific card members (online accounts). Not only does Gold Customer Mrs. Jones receive a special price on bread IN your store, she can also login to her online account and see that same special price, which may differ from her neighbor's displayed price!


Electronic Coupons:
Are you offering electronic coupons IN your store? The GYG Back Office can pass along those electronic coupons to your web customers with a click of a button!


Paper Coupons:
If you have yet to moved to the electronic world and are still offering paper coupons in your ad, the GYG Back Office will easily pass on the coupon savings to all or selected customers online for a specific date range.
