The GYG Back Office automatically communicates to customers with a personalized email, notifying them that an item in which they specially requested is now in stock and available for purchase, giving them a direct link to that item.
Utilize this unprecedented feature and WOW your customers with high-level customer service without doing a lot of work!
When your customer requests an item, which they cannot find on your site, simply enter the data into the GYG Back Office. Then when that particular item arrives at your store and your scanning coordinator has entered the item into your Point of Sale system (whether it is 1 day or 1 year after the special request was originally received), the GYG Back Office will automatically recognize a request has been met and email the requesting customer with a personalized email (store defined), letting them know it is ready for purchase!
