Age Group Specifications:

-10U – born on or after 7/1/98
-12U – born on or after 7/1/96
-14U – born on or after 7/1/96
-16U – born on or after 7/1/92
-19U – born on or after 7/1/90

Checkin Credentials:

For American Teams
1. Present stamped and signed team roster to official.
2. Match birth certificates for each player on roster.
3. Match USA Hockey Waiver form for each player on roster.
4. Match USA Consent to Treat forms for each player on roster.

For Canadian Teams
1. Present travel permit to official.
2. Present stamped and signed team roster to official.
3. Match birth certificates or passports for each player to roster.
